Lydia Sarfati and Makiba Essence Host Master Class for Beauty Professionals in Malta

Sarfati with Master Class attendees in Malta

February 19-20, 2018 St. Julian’s, Malta  – Repêchage CEO and Founder Lydia Sarfati and Repêchage Malta distributor Makiba Essence shared the latest trends in skin treatment as they co-hosted “Turn Back the Clock,” a Master Class workshop for over 50 professionals. Held at The Westin Dragonara Resort,  this conference  introduced the latest professional treatments, including the new Repêchage Biolight™ Luminex Mask, a hybrid express peel for skin brightening, and Repêchage Triple Action Peptide Mask, a Peptide and Seaweed-based sheet mask to hydrate, firm and brighten.

Repêchage Professional Skin Care

Sarfati shared the history and unique skin care concepts that have helped Repêchage become an international skin care company that currently serves 45 countries with the attendees. One reason Repêchage has been successful in the professional skin care industry, said Sarfati, is the company’s ability to conceptualize, design, and develop new and unique concepts that can be easily implemented by beauty professionals.

This concept was the impetus in the creation of the new Repêchage Biolight™ Luminex Mask and Triple Action Peptide Mask. As Sarfati explained, while glycolic peels were typically used in the past to help treat hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone, they can be irritating to sensitive skin types. The new Repêchage Biolight™ Luminex Mask is a clay-cream based mask that combines AHA’s with deep cleansing Kaolin Clay to get a peeling effect without potential irritation. The new Repêchage Triple Action Peptide Mask is a power-packed sheet mask that combines multiple Peptides and pure Seaweed extract to help hydrate, firm, and brighten the skin’s appearance. Sarfati demonstrated both treatments, which are the main treatments in Repêchage’s newest facial protocol:  the Repêchage Peel and Glow Facial.

In addition to learning about the newest products and treatments from Repêchage, Sarfati provided a wealth of knowledge on skin aging and business-building tips. Sarfati’s discussion included what causes aging, wrinkle formation, non-surgical and surgical medical procedures to treat skin aging, how professional facials can help with sking, the best anti-aging ingredients and science behind them, and how the exfoliation and peels can help address aging skin concerns.  Sarfati also shared business tips from her book “Success at Your Fingertips: How to Succeed in the Spa Business,” discussing how to capitalize on retail and increase client retention.
