March 4-6, 2018 – New York, NY – Repêchage CEO & Founder and Chairman of CIDESCO Section U.S.A, Lydia Sarfati, lead the way in providing skin care education at IECSC New York 2018. Over 120 skin care professionals joined Sarfati for her two CIDESCO classes: Deep Cleansing Techniques for the Toughest of Pores and Advanced Custom Facial Massage – Therapeutic Results for All Skin.
In “Deep Cleansing Techniques for the Toughest of Pores” through hands-on demonstration attendees learned the proper protocols for preparing the skin for a deep pore cleansing, including the removal of blackheads, providing deep hydration of galvanic current and applying masks to address different skin concerns. Sarfati also hosted a lecture, demonstration and hands on workshop during her class “Advanced Custom Facial Massage: Therapeutic Results for All Skin Types.” Sarfati discussed the art and science of therapeutic massage techniques including the Classic European, Viennese, Kansa and Shiatsu massage. Attendees were also provided with a better understanding of the function of the muscles, lymph and circulatory systems, in relation to skin care.
